Every year, the IPSG hosts a range of sponsored sessions on topics of Indigenous Geography. These are carefully constructed and organized through a collective effort of IPSG officers, members and conference participants. We welcome ideas for new sessions, as well as individual papers in search of sessions. We are also active in co-sponsoring sessions with other Specialty Groups.

Association of American GeographersThe Indigenous Peoples Specialty Group has been increasingly active in organizing paper and panel sessions at the AAG Annual Meetings.
